Shipping policy

1. Scope
These Terms and Conditions apply to all orders placed in the online store of www.waxguards.eu.
This webshop is intended exclusively for business customers (B2B). We do not sell to private consumers.
By placing an order, the customer confirms that they are acting in the course of business.

3. Products and Pricing
All prices are shown excluding VAT, unless otherwise stated.
For customers within the European Union, reverse charge VAT may apply if a valid VAT number is provided.
We reserve the right to change prices without prior notice.

4. Ordering
Orders are placed through the webshop.
A binding contract is formed when:
- the customer places an order, and
- the order is confirmed by email
We reserve the right to refuse an order for justified reasons.

5. Payment Terms
Accepted payment methods:
- Credit / debit cards
- PayPal
- Invoice
Payment is charged at the time of order, unless otherwise agreed.
We reserve the right to perform credit checks where applicable.

6. Shipping and Delivery

We deliver within the European Union.
Shipping methods:
- Fedex / other logistics partners
Estimated delivery times:
- Germany: 1–5 business days
- Other EU countries: 2–6 business days
Shipping costs are shown at checkout before order confirmation.
We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers or force majeure events.

7. Retention of Title
All goods remain the property of the seller until full payment has been received.

8. Returns and Complaints
As this is a B2B transaction, consumer withdrawal rights do not apply.
Returns are only accepted upon prior agreement.
Any defects or delivery errors must be reported:
- within 7 days of delivery
In accepted cases:
- the product will be replaced or refunded

9. Limitation of Liability
The seller shall not be liable for:
- improper use of products
- indirect or consequential damages
- loss of business or profit
All products are intended for professional use.

10. Order Cancellation
Orders may be cancelled before shipment by contacting customer service.
Once the order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled.

11. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of Finland
Any disputes shall primarily be resolved through negotiation.
If no agreement is reached, disputes shall be settled by the competent court.
